Background:

Cynthia Rowe represents companies and individuals in business, employment, family, and litigation matters.  She believes that practicing law is about more than just knowing the law--it's about getting to know her clients, their business and personal goals, and how their legal matters affect their lives and work.  She works with her clients to help them understand the risks and benefits of their options so they can make informed decisions that best meet their needs.

Ms. Rowe has served Minnesota governmental agencies, including the Minnesota Attorney General's Office, and the Fourth Judicial District Court, law firms, and corporate legal departments.  She has handled a variety of civil and criminal legal matters and has represented clients at both the trial and appellate court levels.  She also has experience advising law firms and corporate legal departments on effective business strategies, including budgeting and business planning, strategic visioning, managing internal and external legal service providers, policy development, effective case management, and cost-reduction initiatives.
